So the diagnostic checks where conducted every day for 4 days with the results of not finding the problem what caused the code. I had pointed out to check the fuzebox but they stated naaa its ok. So I spend 4 days of make believe that they could find the problem bot nothing got fixed. Them they had the audacity to hand me a bill for $3460.38 to get my keys and to go elsewhere, I had no choice and put it on a credit card. The next best place for the repair was Dobbs Peterbilt in Union Gap WA, and guess what they diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes and replaced the Fuzebox which had corrosion inside and the code and trck was fixed. The RWC people had ripped me off by fooling around for 4 days and did not fix a dam'n thing that is what you can call highway robbery

There were no factory bearings available anywhere but they were able to cross reference the bearing and pulled a compatible one out of a snowmobile steering column. Best of all, you don't have to set foot in Walmart. FANTASTIC meat as well - the prices just can't be beat. We love the service, too! Helpful and friendly. Whenever we go in, the kids hope to see Gerald as he is always there with a treat! We are saving so much shopping here and not driving to Costco in Tri-cities so often.
