The first was when I was making a coffee and the cream spout was put in upside down so it went all over the place. When I began to clean the mess the new manager got snappy about cleaning up the mess (created by HER incompetence). Then, a week later, she couldn't open the store because she couldn't get into the safe. Many people were waiting outside, including in cars, and she chose to handle it by yelling at everyone to leave. Next, I was making ice coffees and was using another cup to put ice in and without splashing it. She snapped at me not to waste cups on ice. She was right, that is a waste. But she snapped at me with a pissy attitude, so I just said she was right but could have just been polite about it. She proceeded to yell at me. I come here daily to buy food, to acco products, and other items. I made sure to use this store I stead of Rite Aid or Country mart because I get a free coffee there through rewards everyday. From now on I will get the free coffees but I'll never pay for anything there again.

When I walked into the store I was amazed to see that what I expected to find in this store was not a reality. My original thoughts were that I would walk into a traditional package store that sold the basic beer, cigarettes, sodas, and frozen meals. I was surprised that when I walked in, the store had some of the basics like soda and snacks, but they also had a clothing section, case of smoking pipes and some unique Hispanic food items. At this store they had different types of beans and canned products. They also had a few different types of "Masa" of corn meal which is found in traditional Hispanic cuisine. The only issues was that the prices were a bit obnoxious, but this is typical of any convenience store. Case and point, I bought a can of jalapenos which was marked at $3.99. When I pulled off the sticker, it had originally been priced at $2.99. They just relabeled the can. In the end, this store is lacking in many different areas, and is not typical of a local area convenience store. The person at the register was polite, but seemed thrown off when I said hello to him.

They saw me walk to the store and stopped to ask if I needed something. I let them know I was trying to buy some milk for my child and they were very understanding and reopened the store so that I could get what I needed. They have great customer service and are very nice people! I would highly recommend this store.

I went int to look for a restroom in this here barn like structure and as I did a worker came out on her break, recognized I was not a local and said hi, "and if you are hungry, we have lots of things to get. She was leaving from the kitchen apparently as she was pleased with the cool weather. She was very sweet and friendly and so I did look around. As I entered it smell like fresh warm food, better than more fast food highway chains, It was set up with on area typical aisles of a convenience store, to the other side was hot shelves as in a grocery deli with sandwiches, pizza slices and myriad of other wrapped and choice of warm or cold options. There was a historical display of photos on the wall of the Millers Falls area. There was a "toy and stuffed animal " display for those traveling with children, there was a wall of counter space with seating if you wanted to eat in rather than your car. The place was immaculate, a gentleman constantly keeping the floor and counters clean for the next customer. The checkers were quick and friendly. They were located near the kitchen and it did smell delicious. Our bacon, egg, cheese on a biscuit, as nice and fresh as homemade and no wait, just self serve off the hot bar. My husband bought some items from the convenience area and we read through the history posters and headed out, car full of gas and us with a warm sandwich to recharges. And absolutely the nicest people you would ever want to meet on a trip with such a stop.
