Just yesterday I found an unsettling pool of oil under my vehicle in my garage. I dropped it off this morning using their drop box and had it repaired and ready to pick up shortly after noon. Best of all, I was told since I had just had the vehicle in a few weeks ago for tires and brakes that there was no charge for this repair! I've always been made to feel like a valued customer and never being taken advantage of. Having routine maintenance such as an oil change done here has always been to my benefit (side note: their price for an oil change is comparable to those quick lube places and just as fast if you make an appointment). First, it's assuring having an excellent mechanic looking over my vehicle. Second, if there are a few issues found I can always count on an honest opinion as to its urgency. I never feel pressured into thousands of dollars of maintenance after a simple oil change. Fast, professional, honest, and courteous! Everything I've had worked on has been repaired without issue.
