A pharmacist answered and had an attitude and said he was the only one there. He refused to take my insurance information over the phone after this two hour ordeal and said I need to come into the store in person needless to say, I won't be going into the store in person. I'm going to transfer to a local. This is the worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life if I could rate zero stars I would because they really don't even deserve one. The only thing I can say is that Suzanne the customer service representative that answered was empathetic and friendly so I commend her for that.
