I was very upset and told the worker behind the register that they needed to fix it because it's spraying everywhere. I told her I was pissed, because I was. But I wasn't rude to her. I was very surprised that she didn't even have the common courtesy of saying something. No apology, no "thank you for letting me know." Nothing. I felt like it didn't matter that a customer had an issue. It's rude and dismissive and I hope that you can provide more more training for your staff for courteous customer service.
