Today driving home around 4:00 PM the lady behind the counter seemed like I was such an inconvenience. As I approached the counter she was standing there in her phone. She didn't even say Hi. I bought a couple items and also got gas. Told the woman to have a good day and she didn't even respond. Again I know it's a gas station so I don't expect much but seriously basic communication skills could help.
