Many times, you have to take what you get at gas stations where the bathroom floors are sticky and gross (probably from travellers whose kids were trying to hold it in a little too long for their bladders) and the rest of the store looks like they could have an overhaul. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the entire place was. The bathroom floor was clean and had toilet paper. The store shelves were spacious and items were stacked neatly. We were able to get some coffee quick too. Talk about the perfect pit stop run for us to get back on the road.

In 1974 they had a contest to design a new logo. My brother submitted one and his design won. His concept was that WAWA was a native American word for flying goose. Also outside seating! I think I counted 10 pump stations that means 20 people could pump gas at the same time wow. We did get the ice cream small ( .48 ) a oz. I paid $12 for 2 cups. I do like the E-15 and the price is good, no problems so far. All in all not a bad place to stop ( maybe not for ice cream ) but gas and cold drinks.

Hubby says the first battalion can stop for lunch and we'd have enough for them! Cashier and bagger were friendly and quick. On the date of 1/15/20, The car wash attendant…read morepermitted me to bring my work van not only at the entrance to the car wash but all the way up to the sign that prohibits a certain height. And then he told me my van would not fit into the car wash... without regard for my van, he then encouraged me to move forward as the sign was literally less than an inch away from my roof... I know Einstein is not working at the local car wash, but this is absurd. Excuse me? Are you kidding me? How do I get out of this tiny little curvy road I just drove into? How do I drive like this backwards? Are you telling me that you did not know that my van could not fit into this area and that I had to drive all the way up to the point of entrance for you to figure out that my van would not fit? This is ridiculous and unacceptable! It's not over... Then It got dangerous. I then had to turn my vehicle in the opposite direction...Against oncoming directional traffic. And of course, there was a latecomer driving up the curvy road ride into my truck. He was not a very nice person and assumed it was my fault that I was now making him drive backwards as well and so I tried to convince him in a friendly manner that it was not my fault but he did not seem very receptive to my friendly inclinations. He got out of the way but I resent the fact that this establishment put me in a position to go ahead against oncoming traffic; this was clearly not smart and was quite stupid. I'm glad I did not get into an accident. This guy needs to be disciplined and if it happens again, he needs to be fired.
