I guess it's just a matter of their quality that made me give this place a 2/5. Out of all honesty, I don't buy much silver/diamond things, but I decided to buy a tennis bracelet to match with my friend. It was a total of $208 and I was shocked to find out that the clasp is loose and the hoop part is incomplete. I figured this out the day I bought it later during dinner that my bracelet kept opening and closing. After going to the store again I was informed that refunds or exchange is not allowed. They did not have the same one available which was weird because I saw the same one replacing the spot I bought mine. Store credit is available but at this point I was more heartbroken that the quality of these jewelry is not 10/10. My fault for not double checking, but I really did trust the saleswoman/store to provide the best quality & transparency at the end of the day. I have a jeweler back home that can fix it but other than that, just make sure you are cautious.

In reality it's assembled by someone else and they just logo it, but just that light blue color with the logo makes you feel classy! I particularly like this branch of their stores. It's large enough to have most everything, but avoids the department store feel of the main store in Manhattan. The people watching here just can't be beat: think of an old money Vanderbilt shopping next to a new money Trump, and you get the idea. The staff is remarkably helpful and attentive. While I was there I witnessed one or two enormously pushy customers pushing the limit, but politeness and calm voices always come from the staff here. My first visit, the salesperson actually showed me a $30,000 watch that Liberace would have loved. I had to scale back his commission expectations drastically. My only real gripe is the parking situation. The best idea for getting to and from Worth Avenue is to Uber/Lyft it, and avoid parking hassles.
