One man from Cintas showed up to my place of business looking to sell us a uniform service. I was very hesitant because of the price, but Travis was very persistent. The cost at the time was reasonable, and I decided to try to use them. My biggest reservation to the salesman was that if our company ever got to a place where we couldn't afford the service any more, I would be able to cancel. He assured me numerous times that we could. His exact words were "You have to have a reason to cancel, and one of those reasons can be that you can't afford it anymore. The reason can be anything. I WAS NOT going to use this service until he told me that. That was enough for me to give them a chance and for me to purchase their subscription uniform service. Everything went fine for a while, until our company started slowing down. We weren't able to make the payments like we used to be able to, and we were looking for ways to become profitable in our business again. We in fact, could not afford the service anymore. No problem, I will reach out to Cameron (our service provider). They set up a time for a phone call. He told me that he couldn't cancel the service, but was able to drop our price down to just $25 a week, and remove some of the services. We did that, even though I didn't feel good about it. The salesman (Travis) explicitly told me I could cancel. A few months later, after this bill continues to grow, I reach back out to in fact cancel, just like Travis told me I could do. They set up a time for a phone call with somebody, and he tells me that if I have to cancel, there will be a fee of over $8000. At about the same time, our bill jumps back up to over $40. My complaint is not with the price. My complaint is that Travis lied to me. He showed up at our place of business and lied to me just to get a sale, and now they will not stand behind their salesman's actions. All I ask is for a cancellation without the $8000 fee like Travis told me I could do. read more

They welcome you and check in on you to make sure you are good to go. Good location with lots of parking spots located down Washington Road if you are driving from Augusta, GA. During the pandemic, they are taking actions for your health. Facemasks are required and for every outfit that you try on, then IT DOES NOT go back on the selection rack. Instead the staff will take them to be disinfected and they will rerack, so you can feel a little more at ease as you browse the scrubs and put them on. If you can't find what you are looking for cause they are out of stock then do not worry, they can still complete your order and give you a call when it comes back in stock/backorder. They do do emrboideries here and they say it can take 2-3 weeks. Shoutout to an employee name Jasmine who not only dealt with me being a new customer/ new nursing student buying scrubs in general with patience and compassion, but she also helped me out big time when I submitted an embroidery error. I said right chest but then realized a day later that it was suppose to be on the left chest. She heard my concerns and reached out to the embroidery department immediately and got it resolved. Prices here are reasonable when compared to Amazon and they offer a 10% discount for students. I love this place so much and can't wait to come back as I buy more scrubs for nursing school and maybe one day when I buy scrubs as a RN. This place deserves more than just 5 stars.

When you first enter. I recommend grabbing a shopping cart/buggy to your immediate right. The buggies are the first to go. Now for the fun to start. Pick a bin and start diving in to see what goods you can find. There are 12-15 bins placed throughout the store, so people are not stuck or bunch up together. - Friday and Saturday is when new inventory is loaded onto the bins - Wednesday is $2.00 day. Every item is $2.00 - Thursday is clearance day (which I think everything in the bin is $1.00) - Thursday has limited hours from 10 am - 2 pm because they clear out each bin each week. Items in the bin vary each week. I recommend checking their Facebook page because they announce the highlights that will be placed into the bin. Warning: There are no returns or exchanges on the item you purchase. I recommend checking it thoroughly. I recommend bringing hand sanitizer or gloves. The items in the bin have been handled by many people. I recommend washing your hands thoroughly when you get home.
