Who uses white instead of rye bread? And if no Swiss cheese - leave the cheese as optional. No WiFi. Bet that's been a problem for a while. Add an undrinkable cocktail and you're starting to get the vibe. the most humorous bit was watching a brand new employee (being taught how to put on a half apron!) spill drinks on customers as her tray wobbled, predictably. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Was surprised to see this kind of concept here in Maastricht. It was a classic bbq smokehouse type…read morerestaurant that I would expect in Memphis or Louisville not Maastricht. They did a good job with the decor I will say. With that being said it is kind of smokey inside. Not sure what the deal is with the ventilation but you will leave smelling like smoke. As for the food, the Wings were some of the best I have had. They don't have a thick breading on them but they are smoked perfectly. The ribs were ok at best but kinda burned. I think the sauce they put on the ribs that burned in the smoker. The fries were good. Slaw was more mayo based rather than vinegar but didn't expect much with that. They also had Burrata as an appetizer which was interesting considering the concept but the preparation was delicious. If you are craving bbq check it out. Definitely order the wings they are the star of the show.

The location is beautiful and the exterior is picturesque. The staff is polite. However, our…read moreexperience was not very pleasant. We sat at a table outside and while the waitress saw us, no one came to take our order. After 15 minutes I went in to remind them, that we were sitting outside and hadn't ordered yet. We ordered 2 glasses of wine and a cheese platter. The wine came a little late but it was delicious. The cheese platter never came, even though we reminded the waitresses twice. After 50 minutes (and zero cheese platter on the table) we decided to leave. Although the cheese platter never came to our table, it was charged to our bill. In the end its value was deducted from the account. Unacceptable service response time.

Found this place online and it seemed credible so we tried it. It is exactly what we were looking…read morefor. It is a small wine bar with tapas style eating. All the food comes from one cook who is behind the counter in the front. He does a great job of getting out the food quick and consistent. The menu is pretty simple but make sure to check the board on the wall for any specials they have that day. We didn't realize that until after. Anyway we ordered a bunch of stuff... here is a brief summary. The spicy chicken thighs were delicious. The bone was removed so it made for easy eating. They aren't too spicy either with the heat coming in the back. The risotto was creamy with good flavor. The spaghetti aglio was simple and hit the spot. The sea bass and seared tuna tasted fresh like they caught them that morning. The place would fit right in in the West Village. It also gets crowded so make sure to get here early if you want to get a table. I would highly recommend if you are in the area.
