In 1941 namen C.A. Carlier de zoon van, en zijn dochter en haar man, mw. C.M. Rouw-Carlier en de heer J.H.B. Rouw sr. het bedrijf over. Vanaf 1972 was de banketbakkerij in handen van B.J. Carlier. In 2005 heb ik, J.L. van Poll de zaak overgenomen. Wij streven ernaar om de bakkerij in de traditionele stijl voort te zetten.

a cute little bakery with an assortment of coffees and baked goods ranging from brownies, cookies,…read morecakes and pies. we ordered the nut pie which is pretty much a pecan pie with some other various nuts, and a fudge brownie. the pecan pie was delicious but a bit too sweet for my liking. we also got the fudge brownie which was a bit too rich. it was still enjoyable but definitely requires some coffee or tea to go along with the sweetness of the desserts.
