We kept reaching out to him and he changed his phone number a couple times. I hired Mobile Mayer RV Repair and paid $939 total ($225 for winterizing and about $714 for…read morerepairs). When I checked the work, I found a large open hole where the city water connection should be, with the part missing and exposed wood left behind. When I contacted the owner, he said the part was removed because "valves needed to be replaced," something that was never mentioned beforehand. Over the next week he repeatedly committed to specific days and times to come back ("Yes we can," "Friday or Saturday ok?," "I'm thinking 4," "I'll be over shortly"), but he never showed up, even after reading my messages. During all of this, we discovered the rear bathroom toilet had not been winterized at all. It still had standing water inside, which has now frozen solid in the cold weather -- a basic winterizing step that should never be missed. I sent photos, he acknowledged it, and still did not come. I even removed an earlier review to give him a fair chance to make things right, but nothing was ever completed. After yet another promise ("Let me fix this for you... I'll make it right"), he still didn't come. At this point, the repairs remain incomplete, the winterizing was not done correctly, and I have extensive documentation of the entire process. Very disappointing experience -- I cannot recommend this business.

I arrived today 30 minutes before my appointment only for them to tell me to take my camper to CAMPING WORLD and they weren't gonna work on it.
