Find it no pricier than any other cinema nowadays. Self serve ticket machine never seems to work when I have been and always a whopper of a queue on Friday nights. Lots of screens, always lots of film choice. Good range of food and sweeties. Clean and tidy, friendly staff. Have to pay to park however, which foes bump the price up. Good location in the Brewery so lots of nearby restaurants for a good night out. read more

This is a clean, modern and comfortable cinema. They have plenty of screens and show a good range of new releases. Their £1 kids club films on a Saturday morning are excellent for a cheap treat. There's a choice of 3 and tickets can be purchased on the day or in advance - there are machines that print off pre-booked tickets in the foyer. I agree that the food and drinks are far too expensive, but feel that this is an issue with all cinemas. The popcorn is very nice. I really like this cinema. It's always so clean and tidy. You never think 'eww... popcorn sticking to my shoes' or 'that carpet is like walking on velcro'. It's like it is cleaned continually and always to the highest standard. The food is always lovely and fresh, the popcorn is so yummy I can usually eat a large on my own (yes, yes, I'm a greedy guts). In particular, I have to reccomend the unlimited card. £15(ish) a month and watch as many movies as you want? YES PLEASE! This is the main reason why I would come back again and again. Why didn't it get a 5th star from me? Well, I'm glad you asked. The showtimes . The car park near the Brewery where the cinema is located is free after 8pm. Not enough movies (that aren't an 18 rating) start after 8pm in order to take advantage of this. I'm not into horror/violent movies so for me personally, I'd like more fun comedies to be shown a teeny bit later. read more

Off to see another film! Unlimited Members preview of Sex Tape - the film is funny the majority of the time but is played out a bit longer than necessary. Anyway I'm here to review the place again, as usual it was clean and the seats were comfortable. This time I must have sat under one of the lights as t was quite bright during the film - I like it really dark when in the cinema personally. Usually for unlimited screenings you should get your membership cards checked but this didn't happen this time. It's not a bad concept really as for £16 a month you wt to go as many times as you want and once you've been a member for 12 months you get upgraded to premium and have the perks with that - well worth it! read more

Large, multiscreen cinema in the middle of Cheltenham. Usually plenty of choice of films, but summer silly season can reduce this 12-screen to showing just four blockbusters for a week. Half the staff are friendly and helpful, the other half show no signs of recognising they're interacting with another human being. Queues can be long and slow at peak times (frequently too few staff working the front desk). But it's clean and the seats are fairly comfy. read more

A very nice new cinema. The snacks and drinks are expensive, but I have gone in many times with bags of food and have not been stopped. Screens are clean and seats are large, with plenty of legroom wherever you sit. Because they have a lot of screens, there is often a good variety of films on, including some films from the past reissued. What's more, its location in the new Brewery complex puts it in stumbling distance of several restaurants, and some of them will give you a discount if you present your ticket stub. read more

Trying to cancel 2 seats of a 7 seat booking I was told 'you can't'. 'You have to re-book and then call back and cancel your first booking' (on a 12p a minute call!!) so I can't simply cancel 2 seats. I would have been charged for both seats. Instead I have to pay another booking fee for 5 new seats (in a different not as good, location) and the original booking fee is not refundable. I fail to see the service provided by 'customer services'!!!!!! When I walked into the cinema to deal with a real human, the staff were very quick to send me to customer services saying because I had booked online I had to call customer services. What an absolute con. I am very annoyed with how I have been treated and can only advise people wanting to book in large groups to ensure you all sit together, not to use the convenience of 'online' and go try your luck with humans... But even then, the outlook isn't bright. read more
