The public library was awesome! 3 floors of great books and I spent quite a bit of time reading Asterix and Tintins including some you don't get in the US.
The swimming pool on the terrace was incredible, make sure to check out how it looks from the ground floor. They also had some cool art exhibitions. And everything was free! Say what! Lucky people of Bilbao!
