Even got to squeeze in an engagement session which I highly recommend, it was helpful to meet them prior and get to know them before my wedding day. They worked within my budget and went above and beyond to help me make my day run smoothly, down to creating my timeline for me. They are professional, they are responsive, they are amazing at what they do. They are very open to customizing any package that you see fit to accommodate what you want captured for your day, video & photo included. I opted with 2 photographers and 1 videographer and feel that was perfect for me. They are detail oriented - down to the groomsman taking their phones out of their pockets!! They asked me for each individual family members names that I wanted to make priority day of. They made sure to capture all my necessary "must have" pics : The little things that I missed the day of my wedding!! The quality of their pictures is top notch. Their turn around time amazed me, I received a sneak peek photo the day after for me to post, then received a few more 1 week following with the remainder of my album (about 850 pics) in less than a month, fully edited. I booked photo & video together and I highly recommend using them for both. I have watched my video about a million times and truly am in love with how they captured my day, they even included drone footage. My video turnaround time was about 4 weeks, including a 1 minute trailer, 7 minute trailer, then all raw footage on a hard drive. I am so happy I found them and couldn't be happier with their work. I have recommended Tom & Lauren to MULTIPLE people, family included, with no doubt that they will do a spectacular job capturing one of the most important days of their lives. Amanda delivered and then some. We found Amanda through our venue and she gave us the perfect wedding photos (and engagement photos) that are currently playing on the Google hub in our kitchen. Her work is stunning, of course, but she's also a wonderful person to work with. A few days before our wedding, we were anxiously watching the weather forecast because we had planned to have our wedding photos taken at a local park. Amanda reached out to me to brainstorm a few places as a backup plan. She proactively contacted a few venues and even came out to look at them with me (and brought her adorable little daughter) to see how they'd work. Lo' and behold, the heavens opened up and we had a torrential downpour on our hands the morning of our wedding. However, by the time we were ready for photos, the ground was dry, the sun was shining, and we had 60° of pure first look bliss. Amanda, her second and third shooters (Olga & Josh) were truly lovely and had no trouble pivoting back to our original plan. They then stayed with us all day and night and on the dance floor capturing every moment. Amanda sent us sneak peaks online then within just a few weeks uploaded the nearly 1000 photos to an online portal for us so we could share with our family and friends. As far as the ideas for the shoot go, Siobhan nailed it when I told her my hubby was into motorcycle racing and I wanted to pose with his bike helmet. These were def his favorite ones. My results were jaw dropping, I couldn't even believe it was me! She had taken so many beautiful classy shots that it was really hard to choose just 20! And wait until you see them edited! LOL. She even honored my ridiculous request to scale my bumpy nose down a bit and shade out some spider veins that were nearly invisible. My, now, husband adored his wedding gift! The album is beautiful, with nice thick pages, and you even get to help approve of the layout of the pages! As soon as they were hired, they became rather unprofessional and unresponsive. They didn't reach out to ask about where they should stay over the wedding weekend until 3 days prior. At that point, all hotel rooms in the area were booked and it was only not an issue because a few people weren't able to attend the wedding due to COVID, so Ryan and his filming partner stayed in one of our rooms on property. The contract stated that the finished film would be delivered by 6 months after the wedding. I started reaching out after ~5 months to confirm that was still the case, as I hadn't heard anything from them. I emailed them every two weeks with no response. Finally, days before the contracted deadline, I got a response that they were running 4-6 weeks behind due to the large number of weddings they had because of COVID delays. I emailed them 4 weeks later with no response. Texted them, no response. Emailed again a week later. No response. My husband emailed a week after that. No response. We finally received our wedding film on 6/11/23 when the contract said the latest we'd have it was 12/25/22. That was 6 months late, not 4-6 weeks. In the few times that they did actually respond to our outreach, all we received were excuses. We'd even paid extra to get all the raw footage and we had to beg and plead for them to send that, which would have been an easy thing to send to tide us over. I do not recommend hiring this company. It's clear that this is a side hustle for Ryan and not a priority.
