Cindy has done an amazing job with caring for her listings in a time when higher end homes are not selling as quickly as they used to. Her creativity and ability to discern the needs of her clients shows in all the ways she thinks outside the box to get a home sold. Established in 2001.

I have been selling real estate for many years. I joined Berkshire Hathaway HS, Anderson Properties in 2011 when I relocated to the Katy, TX area. Prior to that I owned my on company, Cindy Wingo Realtors, Inc. and focused on "inner-loop" areas of Houston concentrating on The Heights and Oak Forest. Now my business area stretches from the center of Houston out the Katy Freeway and Energy corridor (Memorial) to the greater Katy area.

Cindy's Experience and Education provides her clients a seamless real estate transaction while representing them with the highest Ethical standards. Before Cindy became a Realtor, she spent 15 years in commercial management and leasing with an emphasis in negotiating contracts. This experience gives Cindy a unique prospective in dealing with residential contracts. Before entering the real estate arena, Cindy was a teacher. Today, Cindy goes back to her roots by volunteering and teaching Junior Achievement in Katy area elementary schools. Cindy graduated for Louisiana State University.

The purchasing was fine BUT .... once it's on your property you can almost forget getting good…read moreservice. We purchased the house OVER A YEAR ago and the work is still not complete. The skirt that goes around the house is still missing a huge piece. The a/c register was never even cut out which caused the a/c unit to go out with in 8 months. It still has no register or a way to put in a filter. The door and frame were dry rotted and as many times as we've communicated this (over 15 times) it is still not completed!!! One of the kitchen cabinets is peeling and we were supposed receive a replacement but have not. All if these things were communicated in writing and verbally within the first week of purchase and are still not completed. Do not deal with this company, you will regret it!!!!

There are still repairs to our house that were not completed from the original walk-through back in May 2022 trying to communicate with this company or this business is pointless. They do not respond to you, and if you write a comment on their social media instead of reaching out and trying to fix the situation issue or the problem they block you I do not recommend this business. I do not recommend Hillary. I do not recommend Dalton if you want a nice home that's actually complete with repairs done don't buy from here.
