I claimed the job wasn't too bad, but she personally came and gave my husband an estimate of 6 hours after that conversation. They discussed what work needed to be done and she told my husband it will be about 6 hours. If there is one person it will be $50/hr and if it is 2 people it will be $100/hr. Either way she told him it would be $300. She came out with another lady and charged us more than double! We were quoted $300 and she charged us $700! 2 people at 7 hrs each. She did not estimate this job for 12 hours or 14 hours! She estimated this job for 6 hours. She did not call us after 3 hours and 2 people working. My husband showed up at 4 hours in and she said it was going well. She did not indicate it would take them an additional 3 hours after he got there. Did they clean the property well, yes, but her estimation skills were way off. Beware, when you get an estimation from this business. When I spoke with her after my husband wrote her the check I was told that she could not assume who was a good communicator and who wasn't. I told her it is her job to communicate with the client when the job will be more than double the estimate given. In the end, she said sorry that I felt like I had a bad experience. She got paid but I am going to warn everyone of my experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I hired this company to DEEP clean my house as I'm 8 months pregnant and…read moreneeded the help. They quoted me for 6 cleaners for 10-12 hours for $1300 and assured me they could complete the task after a thorough walk through of my house, saying it "wasn't too bad", although it is a larger home. They provided a checklist of their services which unfortunately was not completed and what was done, was VERY poorly done. They showed up with only 2 cleaners and the 2 owners, one of which I was informed was unable to "work very hard" due to a shoulder injury. We do have house cameras and I was able to verify he wasn't in fact working most of the time they were in my home, so ultimately they had 3 cleaners, which is HALF of what I was quoted for, and paid for. While they were here they left my front door wide open while they cleaned so I came home to flies and moths all over my house, even though the air conditioners were going and the house is at 66-70 degrees. I contacted Michelle, the owner, and she didn't respond but instead had her husband text me, although she was the one who quoted and had been texting me through out this entire process. Not to mention, I had to text them to confirm the clean the day before and I had to be the one to text them the day after the clean to see how it went, which was pretty unprofessional. They indicated the clean went well and even tried to say they went above and beyond by cleaning grout in a guest bathroom that wasn't discussed or even needed. They left the garbages full, even though i left them empty, and the garbage contained their food and personal garbage. They didn't clean the baseboards which was one of the main tasks I expressed being needed as i cant get on my hands and knees, and they pretty much avoided them all together. As stated before, Their own cleaning checklist was ignored. They didn't clean the appliances, back splash, counters, light fixtures, windows, window seals and tracks, door knobs or frames, floors, mirrors, even toilets. The list goes on and on. They spilled scentsy wax and didnt clean it, they left lights on, and used my cleaning products even though i was charged for product. This is just SOME of the issues and the whole situation was EXTREMELY disappointing. After texting with the owner and sending some of the photos i took, they agreed it was poorly done and offered a partial refund of $400. They said they were not able to come back and finish the cleaning as they had a busy schedule. Unfortunately, I paid for double the man power, time, and work, and was NOT refunded accordingly. There was absolutely no clutter and nothing that made this task more than they bargained for, other than them not providing the service they said they would. I paid for 60-72 hours of work and they provided 30, at the max. I wish they would of made it right but they didn't. Do not use this company!
