Service is super quick, the food tastes good, portions are large (be prepared to take home leftovers), and prices are very reasonable. If I can add a 0 star I would. Rude server when I told him my chili relleno was old, and horrible. They pulled it from the back of the fridge and microwaved it or something. It was watery, it smelt fowl, the chili itself was wrinkled like a raisin and the meat inside once cut into was putrid. I wasn't rude: just told the waiter it was old, kept it quiet so I didn't disturb the other guests, he brought me the check, didn't take it off my bill, threw the check folder onto my table all without apologizing or trying to make it right. Which honestly I couldn't eat anything after that anyways, but the rudeness was apparent. When asked to come again by the gentleman at the desk, I laughed and said never, explained why, he was mortified of the situation. I was practically starving after a good hike earlier that day so decided to pop in here. I had the fajitas texanas. It was a mixture of beef strips, chicken strips, shrimps sautéed with onions and green peppers. The meal was good, could have been more seasoned in my opinion. The chips and salsa were fresh, guacamole was fresh and delicious. Now here's the deal breaker. The sides of rice, beans came out on a hotttt plate. If you ever watch the show Kitchen Nightmares with Chef Ramsey, you would know that the only real and valid explanation is that the food was microwaved!! Cinco Amigo has lost my business for life! Rest assured that I will never darken your door steps! The disrespect I received from your employees was unbelievable! A simple request of " Please turn this crap off the tv", ESPN was on the TV with something in my opinion was very disrespectful and borderline racist, turned to an immediate response of your employee telling me "really? REALLY?! I have no right being so rude for my request and I need to ask nicely". After his manager has already told him to go turn it off! To add more insult on top of this, ANOTHER employee said to the other while turning off the tv that "We have the right the refuse service you know". That is it, a simple request to turn off the TV, has turned to your out of control employees losing a loyal customer! There were other words exchanged between myself and said employee that I will not go into details! But if someone can not go into your establishment, enjoy a date with his wife without requesting to turn crap off the TV, then you need to better interview your employees and send them somewhere else to work! As an EMPLOYEE of an establishment, you are a representative of this company and not an outsource for your own self beliefs. No matter how right or wrong a client is, they are always right over you because your sole actions reflect as a whole company! You get in line and do as your told by your managers and no create conflict because you believe you're right over another person! My Dad is from Texas and is happy he has a great Mexican food restaurant close to him. My dad has cancer and does not get out much anymore. These folks are amazing. They delivered him his favorite dinner and wouldn't charge him for it. I can't say how much I appreciate this. It just brings me to tears thinking about people looking out for my Dad. Will someone please explain to these folks that a chile relleno is made with long green ( preferably from Hatch) chiles and not poblanos. Their attempt just doesn't cut it. Stick with tradition, tacos, enchiladas, rice and beans and it's tolerable. In fact, considering the geography, it's pretty decent. My son tells me there is better Tex-Mex in the area. It was a huge group of us. To be exact, 24. The manager, Christian seemed to be bothered that we filled up his restaurant. His exact words were "I don't know where to start, there's a lot of them. It's ridiculous". He wasn't very inviting. We asked if he can lower the air conditioning considering we were a big group and sitting towards the back of the restaurant. His reply was "I can't do anything about the sun". He was very rude. Aurelio was helping distribute the food and was also very rude. Screaming and rolling his eyes. We asked him to please be patient because there was a lot of us. On the bright side, our waiter Denzel was awesome. He did his best serving 24 of us. He's polite and patient. The food was good. Margaritas are expensive, especially for being made from a pre-packaged mix (we've seen the bartender opening the containers). Enchiladas Suizas are tasty, and manage to avoid being "Cookeville Bland", unlike most other Mexican food in town. Like most Mexican places in the area, there is a secret "familia" menu: Ask for chorizo on your tacos and burritos instead of chicken/beef, and give the chicken with mole sauce a whirl.
