The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful--whether you're browsing or know exactly what you want. The selection is impressive: glass pieces, wraps, vapes, accessories--you name it. Come to find out it's paint and it's flaking everywhere, and I did not know it was painted because I'm not a glass blower and the person who sold it to me, awesome customer service by the way, did not tell me. The reason for the negative review is for the manager who tried to gaslight me and gave me a hard time reaching a solution. I spent 45$ on this pice and he wanted to not refund me and wanted me to pay for a discount piece that was nothing like I had. The fact he gave me such a hard time and then tried to GAS LIGHT ME INTO THINKING I KNEW OR THAT I KNEW IT WAS PAINTED ONE WHEN I DID NOT. I have never glassblown or done any craft regarding it. And that is where the one star comes from. His name is rob and he is a shtty person . He only wanted to help me when I confronted him about lying to my face and how I would leave a negative review. I keep my word. They have lost a loyal customer from this incident.

ASAP Smoke Shop is a great store for this side of town. It's located across the street from where I…read morework, offers a 10 percent military discount for me and has a ton of variety of vapes for me to choose from. Since I quit smoking cigarettes 3 months ago I have saved tons of money from using RAZ vapes in the summer when they were only 16 dollars to now using off-stamps that have a battery pack so I can just buy a new juice bar. Carrie the manager does a great job hiring and keeping the store looking sharp. I can say all the employees Brie, Endy, Faith, Mia, and Ty are super friendly and don't mind me yammering on about product quality and pricing and also commenting on what music is playing. Super good prices, friendly staff, and consistent. Most Smoke Shops make me feel like the longer I stay the more annoyed people get or that they think I'm trying to steal product or something. Also, a few shops in town hire people who have no idea what they are selling or cant even speak American English. Anyway, keep up the good work. My only suggestion is maybe sell more swag and some t-shirts or something. That stuffs cool.
