The masseuse was lovely and very informative but it felt more like a visit to a sports physio - he talked throughout the whole thing asking about any muscle pain etc when I just wanted to relax and doze off. The room wasn't that warm and by the end my feet were freezing (which were uncovered) and I had goosebumps. Not very comfortable. Also the noise from reception next door was quite intrusive as the walls did not go all the way up to the ceiling. I don't think I would return unfortunately.

We both agreed thinking it was $10 more for each of the packages. The nail area itself is cramped and not comfortable. The ladies didn't change the towels between me and my sisters treatments. The manicurist used the same water for both of us. They also used the same equipment for both of us. Not very hygienic. The pedicure had none of the usual pleasures. No massage, no exfoliating, nothing! To top all this off she insists on an extra $10 for each manicure and each pedicure. We try to explain our understanding but she just rudely insists. In the end we pay because we want to leave. Never go here. I never will again.

The room they ushered me to was almost like a make shift office turned into a massage room. The walls didn't reach the roof which meant you could hear all the conversations being had in the reception. So not as relaxing as I would have hoped. However the massage was very good and relaxing. I would recommend if you want a decent massage. If you're going there for a full day spa experience I would recommend else where. Middle of the road kind of day spa in my opinion.

Treatment timing was really a full body scrub (10mins) , Back Massage (30mins), Essential facial (30 mins) and Pedi (20mins) during the facial. With the extra half an hour just me hanging out wondering if the therapist had forgotten me, shut up shop and headed home. Didn't seam to be air con in the room, when I asked the therapist to adjust the temp. a fan was placed closer to the massage bed. Location is good with parking provided in the busy Newmarket and the products used seamed to be good quality.
