In all seriousness, I met Eric when he was managing a local watering hole, mentioned that I needed to quit smoking (like so many smokers do) and he told me to come see him at his shop. I had given vaping a few trys and it never really stuck but once Eric introduced me to Kryptonite I haven't looked back since. The shop is awesome, it's not like most vape shops where there are 8 guys sitting around blowing clouds thicker than the smoke at a Post Malone concert which makes it inviting to anyone who comes in and both Eric and Josh are helpful and attentive. They must be aware of this problem and just don't care. Due to the sign on the door, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Plus my review earlier had been taken down and removed. I've spent way too much money here to be declined for an exchange. There's too many other vape stores in town with better customer service. Don't waist your or your parents money here.
