I should have known and read reviews first to " DO NOT GO HERE"! I have lived in area for 30 yrs and cannot believe this place is in bussiness still. Been 3 times because my place was out of product. Each time my chewing tobacco had to be 2+ years old and dry. Went in yesterday and asked to open can first, DRY AND THE PLASTIC COATING OF LID WAS DETERIORATED INTO TOBACCO! Told him I can't buy that. Came around the counter threating me to buy it The guy was more than RUDE! YELLING, CALLING ME A BI+ch! Told me to get out and don't come back... Dont worry buddy TIME FOR YOU TO GO! CIGARETTE CITY SUCKS! CIGARETTES FOR LESS IN WINERY SQUARE IS MUCH NICER and a pleasure doing business with read more

For starters This place is way Overpriced! products are old and stale. The worker I encountered was beyond rude then he Charged me an additional two dollars since I used my card. I'll never come back I hope they close down read more

Horrible business. They sell old products and then refuse to switch them out because you "opened it" On top of that the guy behind the counter was rude and condescending. I wouldn't spend a dollar here for a water if I was dying of dehydration. read more

The one guy is nice but the other rude ugly dude is a jerk. There are plenty of other places in town I can go, especially since I just moved to the east side. So I'm writing this review bc the mean jerk was a total A hole today. He never says hi which is fine whatever but today he went out of his way to be rude. I was short $10 cause I wanted to get a scratcher. I told him I would be right he back. I went to Raleys and got cash back. Came right back within 10 minutes but then there is a note on the door saying "I'll be back in 5 minutes"...should have said 10 because after waiting that long he opens the door. When I get to the counter he says "oh I sold that ticket to someone else and it was a winner, he won $250" really? I mean, really? Idk if he was joking maybe he was but he continued to say "yea I sold it" even though I told him I would be right back. I even pointed out the fact that he was on a real himself, how could he sell it? Joking or not, I will never return to this store and I will tell everyone who will listen to avoid this place. I hate to say that cause the other guy is really nice and I've only seen this jerk this past 2 weeks. Don't treat your customers like shit bro, times are tough and you need all the business you can get considering smokers are a dying breed. I know a handful of people who shop here but after today, you lost a least 5 customers who used to come here twice a week. I hate to seem petty like this but for real I never did nothing to you and you treat me like shit, well you lose my business. read more

2 stars so people look at this review. Horrible customer service. I was on my break and bought an e-cigarette from this store. I didn't think I'd get a defective product from the start, went back a couple hours once I got out of work, with my original receipt and packaging, was told there were no returns. Which normally I could understand from a $5 product, however this was over $20. When asked why I couldn't return the e-cigarette the clerk told me I could have switched it for a defective one. Some trust this person has on customers. I then asked him if I opened it up and puffed it inside would he have kicked me out of the store, to which he replied it would have been ok. Which we all know is false. read more

Cigarette City Newspaper - Proof of purchase - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Fairfield, California

I'm so happy to find this special little business in Fairfield where we have not been able to find our brand (husband's because I don't smoke). They are from Canada and super hard to come by. This place is small and hidden and feels like a secret little place like a speakeasy. I'm sure the product choices are sufficient for what little smoke shops tend to offer. read more

Love the staff here, especially Cher. He is always very welcoming and kind. They have a huge selection and the location is in a safer area than many other smoke shops in town. This is the go to spot for tobacco in this town! read more

I should have known by the name that this wasn't a liquor store, and yet I went in there looking for...a Rockstar. As far as tobacco related products go, there seemed to be a good selection. Inside it smelled like incense, and I would venture to guess they sell that, too. Plenty of parking in front. There's not much to attract me back except for its convenient location - it's on the way back to work from many places I go to during my lunch break. read more

The guy who runs the store is a jerk to say the least! Advertises one price but charges another every time. I took my disabled neighbor to raleys to pick up his medicine. So while he was raleys i went to this cigarette store even though many times before i felt as i had been ripped off by his un-truth in advertising. I Had been running around all day so i settled for this cigarette store. Ok so i went in and asks how much for a pouch of buglers was and he said $3.99 so i gave him a five and then he gave me a penny in return. So i stopped turned around and said i thought you said $3.99 he said yes there is tax? Tax i though to myself and said hell no this guy is a scammer, BIG TIME! So i said give me back my money and as i was walking out i head him slandering me under his breath. So i told him good luck ripping off other people and then he said f@%$k you! read more
