I left my pedals at our last rental in Tuscany. They supplied me pedals for no extra cost. Rode around the lake 100mi/160km. I arrived back at the shop 45 minutes after closing and they were still waiting for me, Grazie Mille. I expected to be charged for an additional day. I was wrong!! The bike cost me 20 euros for the day. Don't look any further for a great bike shop with exceptional service.

Here you will find a botanical garden, but not great views due to the tall trees. Definitely continue up with the second cable car to Mottarone. After you reach Mottarone, take the ski lift (included in the cost) to the overlook platform for a great 360 degree view. On a clear day this view is unbeatable. At the top, you will find many possible activities to take part in. I noticed many people renting mountain bikes and taking them with them, many hikers, and there are several adventure type parks with lots of different activities to take part in as well. To find the station you will want to walk from city center along the lake front towards the islands. As you walk along the water front you will come to the station.
