I have been a patient at this clinic for several years, primarily under Gabby, who has always been…read morehonest and supportive throughout my weight loss journey. Because of that trust, I committed to two 40-day HCG programs during a promotion (purchased on 11/25/25 and 1/23/26), with the goal of reaching my target weight by August.I began my first 40-day HCG cycle on February 9, 2026. During this time, I was advised to renew my check-up with the clinic's PA. At that appointment, I was encouraged to try tirzepatide instead of the suppressant I initially planned to use. I agreed and started tirzepatide (2.5 units weekly), which I found effective in combination with HCG.On February 17, while Gabby was away, I worked with Anna and another staff member covering from the San Diego branch. At that visit, we agreed to convert my second prepaid HCG program into a tirzepatide plan (5 units and 7.5 units). At that point, everything seemed organized, and I had enough medication planned through late April. However, during the week of February 23-March 3, I noticed something was wrong. I stopped feeling the usual effects of HCG, and my urine tests--normally reliable--became weak and eventually negative by March 2. This was extremely alarming. Based on my experience, HCG should remain detectable for at least several days, especially since I had been taking injections consistently for over 22 days.This led me to believe that the prefilled syringes I received for days 15-22 may not have contained active HCG. I returned to the clinic on March 3 and showed Anna my negative test results. Since Gabby was unavailable, Anna could not fully explain the situation but offered a solution: to redo the entire 40-day HCG program to make up for the compromised doses. Trusting the clinic and out of loyalty to Gabby, I agreed and discarded the remaining questionable syringes.I restarted the program on March 3 with a new batch of HCG (days 1-7) along with tirzepatide (7.5 units). By March 10, my urine tests returned to strongly positive, which reassured me that the new batch was working. However, by March 16 (day 14 of the restarted cycle), my test results again became weak and nearly negative. At this point, I was extremely frustrated and concerned, as the same issue appeared to be happening again. I raised my concerns with Anna, who told me to wait for a response from the pharmacy. Given the uncertainty, I stopped taking HCG on March 17 and continued only with tirzepatide. While I continued to lose weight, it raised further doubts about whether the HCG had been effective at all during this time. On March 24, I returned to the clinic seeking clear answers. I was told there was nothing wrong with the medication and that the combination of treatments might be affecting my test results. However, this explanation did not align with my past experience using HCG or with the consistent negative test results. More concerning was the discrepancy in the clinic's records. I was told I had used nearly all my HCG doses and only had about five days remaining, which did not match my personal logs. Additionally, the earlier verbal agreement to redo the full 40-day HCG program was not honored. Instead, I was offered only one complimentary week of HCG. There were also inconsistencies in my supply on Tirzepatide, I was then offered a 30% discount to purchase more medication, which felt inappropriate given the unresolved issues. After reviewing everything with my husband, I requested a refund for the remaining balance due to the discrepancies, questionable medication quality, and unfulfilled agreement. I was told refunds are not allowed per contract, what contract?When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told Anna herself was the manager. I am extremely disappointed and concerned about this experience. While I initially had great trust in this clinic due to Gabby's care, the events over the past two months--especially involving inconsistent medication effectiveness, conflicting records, and lack of accountability--have significantly impacted my confidence.

Was supposed to be seen by a provider today at 3pm but learned at 11am that the specific provider does not see new patients after 2:30pm. This was rather frustrating since I had booked this appointment weeks out, completed the paperwork online, and took off work for the appointment. I also received a handful of texts and emails leading up to the appointment. Wish this was caught sooner. I know there are 20+ providers at OCWG and each one works different schedules so there will be room for error with scheduling but I wish the system was set up differently to avoid this issue. -- Review separate from the scheduling mishap: The person I worked with when I first scheduled the appointment weeks ago and the other person today that helped me reschedule were helpful and had professional phone demeanor. I like how many of the providers have video bios on their website.

I've been with this group since 2021 and at the beginning I had a great experience. I still think…read morethey have great providers but their medical staff is severely undermining the experience with the practice as a whole. Recently I had an appointment scheduled with a provider who was an NP and apparently only a doctor was allowed to review my results with me from some tests I had done a month ago. Because of this they canceled my appointment the day of and rescheduled but did not schedule an appointment long enough to conduct an annual physical exam, which I asked for via messages in my Athena portal and when I scheduled my appointment on the phone. At my appointment I waited 20 minutes to have the medical assistant say "oh I was looking for you!" I was in one spot in the waiting room the whole time. Lastly they billed the wrong insurance policy and I received a bill for $800 for something I know is covered by my insurance. I am still rectifying this issues made by their staff and I'm really upset that I will likely have to find a new doctor because of the medical staff's inability to do their job.
