We were on the Autoroute in the south of France and wandered into the wine country at one point. A quiet Friday afternoon. Chateau Real Martin was our find. Dauphine hosted our, what turned out to be, private wine tasting. She was so fantastic, energetic, welcoming. Between our French and her very good English we enjoyed and bought some very good wines. After asked if there was a place for a picnic. She pointed to a lovely fountain area, then gave us the rest of one of the bottles of wine she opened for the tasting to finish with our lunch.
