The accommodations are great, huge rooms with large bathrooms. The best part is that it is an easy walk to the tram, the Cite du Vin, the market, and the river. Despite not being in the city center the proximity to the tram line makes it very easy to get anywhere in Bordeaux. During our two weeks in France and Spain this was the best bed and nights of sleep we had.

The check in time is 3pm on the website. We came back around 5pm. the room was ready but the check-in took 20mins. 2. The WIFI system is a pain in the a**. You need to have a separate access code for each device. However, it was fast. 3. The room was super dirty. Stains on the wall, floor, bathroom and curtains. 4. They gave us a room for disabled people. The sink was super low. I am a 6ft man and it was not a great experience to use this bathroom. 5. The bed was comfy 3. Location was OK. Walking to downtown is around 30mins. By tramway it is around 15mins. 4. Modern hotel 5. $10USD parking is a fair deal if you have a fancy car. You can also park in the street for free, and there are plenty of spots. Overall I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel until they fix the issues that I had during my stay. This hotel has a good potential but for now is far away from a 4-star hotel.

I've eaten better quality meat at Flunch. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.
