Church on Fire Ministries has LITERALLY been my second home! I have been going here for 10, almost 11, years now and I would never even think about changing churches! I am also a Second Year Intern of their Bible College, (Burn Leadership Academy) almost a Second Year graduate with an Associates Degree in Theology, and I can honestly say I have seen the ups and downs of the church, but 95% more ups than downs. The staff is phenomenal, knowing them personally, they are very people oriented and hard-working! Our senior Pastor, Pastor Doug Combs, loves people and will do anything it takes to help people through their walk with the Lord! The church is the Bride of Christ and at CFM, we treat it as just that! We keep it clean and as well as keeping it updated to make sure all of our congregation feel welcomed and at home. Our volunteers, or what we call Owners, are well trained in the areas they serve in. We have many Missionaries we support and a few places they serve in are Nicaragua, Haiti, Africa, and many other places; also including local Missionaries. City Groups are a big thing at CFM, they help with finding a group of people who are on the same level as you whether it be spiritually or recreationally. I am an Owner on their production team (involving Media and Lights and Service Directing) so I am part of a Creative Arts City Group. There are many, MANY more options for City Groups. We also have Childcare which provides a safe and caring environment while the adults enjoy the sermon. We are a very people-oriented, nondenominational church and I highly recommend this church if you are seeking the Lord.
