I used to think that loss was something easy. Something simple; cut and dry. Something you felt and…read moresort of just sat in for a while and then in some time you would be fine. Loss is such a weird thing. Early in life it is easy. It starts small. The loss of a favorite toy. A favorite pair of jeans or shoes. Maybe the loss of a favorite car. Even the loss of an early romantic flame seem so easy. Sometimes things that are lost can be found. Other times, the loss of things can be prevented all together. But still, mostly, loss is permanent. I think this is why when a loved one is lost to death it's the hardest thing to accept. On what has become one the hardest days of my life the image of my dad and his loving demeanor was not lost. I'd like to thank the staff at Prasser-Kleczka for all of your truly amazing work; through our Lord Father God Almighty you gave me the best gift I could've ever asked for after 2021 gave me the worst surprise of my life. The service was so beautiful and everything was just so perfect. It was such a peaceful and gentle way to celebrate and say goodbye to the wonderful man my father was. You gave me a truly great last memory of my dad. He looked so at peace that day. I truly cannot thank you all enough for giving myself and my family the most incredible-better-than-best-possible last day with this man who is so dearly loved and cherished and so terribly and sorely missed.
