The Owner Nigel Burns jumped on the Zoom, and knew nothing about our case. He agreed to a jury trial, when that was NOT WHAT WE WANTED. Over $40,000 in charges for emails; they billed us for 9 months straight, just emails, no motions (but billing us for motions that HAVE NOT been filed, ASBESTOS is deadly and they did NOTHING to actually help us. They messed up her case, allowing forced litigation, charging her for Jury fees when she has a fee waiver. Allowing our construction to be blocked, without getting the court involved.
