We weren't aware of where our stuff was for the first 30 mins for the hosted party because the table was labeled for a child named Bella. We were the only party for that time slot. When the kids got their drinks and she was serving them there was a hole in all of the cups. When we turned the cups over they all read "do not use". How does this happen? So disappointed! I assumed going on a Sunday a couple hours before closing would be a good idea but nope! Took my 3 1/2 year old and 9 year old and let me just say u will NEVER go back. Immediately upon entering we were totally ignored at the counter. One girl was prepping pizza boxes and the other assisting someone else. I had to move from one end to the other so one of them could notice me and assist me, that was the first red flag. Then, we entered the game zone and the carpet smell was HORRIBLE I mean it smelled so bad but my kids wanted to play so I tried to look like I was as excited as they were. Another red flag it that there is no sanitation wipes or sanitizing machine near the games so used my own that I had in my purse. The jump zone had no attendant!! There was a party being held there and some kids from the party were playing so roughly that I was nervous to let my kid go in there. When I mentioned to an employee that the kids were rough playing he went and spoke to the toddlers instead of addressing the older kids that were rough playing in there lol it was a complete disaster! So much so that these same kids that were playing got out and my 3 1/2 year old went back inside the jump zone and while enjoying herself the older kids that were rough playing ended up running in the space that she was in and one of them kicked her in the face! I was fuming!!! Where was the attendant? No where in site! I took my baby out immediately! Chuck E came out to do the birthday dance with the party that was there and I got to see it...the energy was soooo dull. I'm not sure if the was a manager working but the employees looked like high school kids. They would come from the kitchen with gloves on then use the register which is so nasty because they went back inside the kitchen with the same glove to help with food. I am overly impressed with the Stuart Chuck E. Cheese location. I have never seen a public child play area so clean before. It was amazing! Very large store compared to others I have been at and significantly cleaner. The carpet looks new. My 3 and 5 year old love this place and so does momma! We get the unlimited 30 or 60 minute pass and we all share it between the 3 of us. I literally have as much fun as them! They have a bunch of games adults can enjoy too. Even the really young ones can enjoy this place with all of the small rides they have. Fun for the entire family. Easy place for grandpa to bring them too. I went on a Wednesday at 10:30am and it wasn't busy at all. We bought a medium cheese stuffed crust pizza and it was scrumptious. I ordered as my kids were playing, they gave me a buzzer to notify me when the pizza was ready. It was perfect because we could all keep playing while we waited. We had left over pizza for the 3 of us and saved it in the pizza box for home. Highly recommend this place! Considering have a bday party here in the future. Only negative I would say is that it can get a little pricey. I believe there are deals out there but I didn't look for any before our trip. Next time I will. read more

I was pleasantly surprised with our outing today. They have redone the place since I had been there last and it was very clean and really enjoyable. I had my 3 year old son and nephew and 12 year old autistic daughter and we had the best time. I honestly like the play card thing they do instead of tokens because if u go online they have coupons 2 play cards unlimited 30 min for $15.99 or 60 min 2 cards for $29.99. Which means basically $15 each for 2 kids unlimited play for an hour. The guy that was there testing the games when they opened was so beyond nice to my children and nephew! read more

This was absolutely awful!!! I was so excited to take my little girl to this "kid friendly" place. When we arrived, kids and grown adults were just cutting us in line to order causing us to have to say something instead of the workers handling it. Once inside, it was the same chaotic mess. There were kids climbing up inside games, interrupting our paid games (parents standing by watching and allowing. No workers to be found). Half of the games were out of order. The photo rides didn't print photos. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. A child had to be unattended and standing up to make that sort of mess (see picture). There was another child who was sitting on top of the slide, swinging his legs that would have hit any child who slid down. This place is a safety hazard. I would post more pictures but don't want to violate anyone's privacy. It was a jungle to say the least. All it would take is a few rules and 1 to 2 more workers in the play area. Instead, we decided to give away our token card and leave. Wasted a lot of money today. I just don't want other families putting themselves in that situation. Chuck E. Cheese has to make a change. This one was ok. The games seemed a little bit limited, and when you'd get a high score on some of the basketball games you'd only get a couple tickets, which seemed odd. My daughter and I also noticed flea bites on our ankles around the tube play area thing. Pizza was better than decent. Ordered delivery. They said about 40-50 minutes, but it showed up in 25 minutes. Nice work guys! They also have gluten free pizza which my daughter ordered. They are hard to find, and she said it was pretty good. Veggies were exceptionally fresh, too! read more

We took our twins there in their birthday. The food was good, there were some staff members that were really great, but the lady up front was another story. She made the trip a little stressful when my kids wanted to get their tickets. Seeing how this is the only one in the area, we will probably go back, but hopefully it will be her off day! read more

The staff here is rude!! The pizza is not very good and WAY over priced. I spent $15.99 on a medium pizza that took over an hour to come out. When it finally came it was so small. It was the size and quality of a small $5 pizza from lil ceasers. Definitely a rip off. I spent 2 points on the air hockey machine and the puck didn't come out. I went to the front and told the woman and handed her my card and said I'd like those points added back to my card. She looked at me like a had 5 heads, was very dismissive and she she'd send someone over to the machine. The young man that came to the machine was the only staff member i encountered that was friendly. He took my card to refund the points, however, he got side tracked and didnt bring it back for almost 20 mins. Since that was the only card we purchased, we had to sit and wait that whole time and couldn't play any games. Then when my daughter was picking out her prizes, she had a remainder of 8 tickets left. The lowest prize was 10 tickets so instead of just giving her one from the 10 box or giving us a voucher for the 8 tickets, he says thats all for you! Turns around and just walks away! This has to be the worse experience I have ever had as a mother with her son. So when you're about to go in they stamp you and your child with an invisible number to match up. As we're about to leave they flash a light to the number well my sons didn't show up and omg what a mission that was the same moron saw me and my son throughout the whole place including the manager well this idiot questioned who I was to my son!! She was like can you tell me who this lady is?!! Mind you she was the same person who saw us together. I understand the security reason behind that which very much appreciated but I do not appreciate a moron who has seen us everywhere together question my son as who I am!!! If she would of stamped correctly we would of never had come to this situation. People there are such thing as common sense but this place lacks that very much.
