It has been about 45 years since last being in a Chuck E. Cheese. Things sure have changed! This location is very easy to locate with plenty of parking. When we arrived with our family, it was our grandson's fourth birthday. They took the time and explained everything on how to buy this little power up card and so forth and the customer service. There was really good no complaints whatsoever. The inside is very clean and if you're into salad, they have a really nice salad bar, which is absolutely spotless and that is also very impressive. They have a nice selection of different games for all different age brackets including us adults and I actually played a few games and I enjoyed myself. We did not get the pizza but some of the pizzas that people had at their table. Look very good and I'm sure they were very good. Maybe next time we'll grab something to eat there. And when you leave, we were somewhat impressed by the layer of security with the hand stamps, it's very nice to see that any type of company takes that extra initiative to protect the children as well as adults. We went to visit my son, daughter-in-law, and grandson and Raeford, North Carolina. My grandson was celebrating his fourth birthday, and we decided to take him to Chuck E. Cheese and had a great time. It has been many many years since I've been to a Chuck E. Cheese, being that my kids are now grown adults. I was pleasantly surprised to see the changes and how much fun it was for the kids with all the games to play that were very age-appropriate. When we got there, my son had signed my grandson up for the birthday club and we had a few issues with that because he did not have the original email that came with the offer, but Tawana, who was a manager, was so very nice and accommodating, and helped us right away by loading a card with games and playtime for my grandson and they also gave him cotton candy that comes with the birthday club pass. She was so extremely helpful and we appreciated that more than you know. The salad bar and the pizzas looked very good although we did not eat there that evening. But I would definitely try their pizza because it's always been very good over the years. My grandson also enjoyed the play area that you can crawl around in, but he thoroughly enjoyed playing all the games they had to offer. It's such a fun atmosphere for the kids and for the adults as well. We are from Pennsylvania and we hope to take our granddaughter there for her birthday in October, I hope we have the same experience in Pennsylvania that we had in North Carolina. Stopped to Chuck E Cheese as a last minute activity! I must say this one is very updated!!! They have games I have NEVER seen at other locations! The summer pass is a no Brainer! We paid around $60 for a bronze pass that allows you to play 40 games daily for 2 months!! Download the app because they always have free items! Free pizzas, churos, Dippin dots , drinks etc. They even have free e tickets. The staff was super friendly! I had seven kids and she was able to tell me a about all the deals and which I could use coupons for! It was over crowded so they had alot of space to run and play. I truly felt like a big kid and stopped to play so I know the kids truly enjoyed themselves! read more

We scheduled a party at this location for my child's birthday. The location was clean, the party inclusions were great. Overall, my admittedly mild expectations were blown away! I especially want to give a special thanks to Kinayha, who is the parties lead. It's rare these days to find someone, particularly in this industry, that cares so completely for the families they are serving. Every single time that my family (AND MY GUESTS!) had an issue, large or small, if we were addressing it to Kinayha we were made whole and then some. She went well out of her way to ensure that we all walked away without untended needs. I, surprisingly, walked away entirely satisfied with the experience and service given to my child and guests by the staff. Kinayha primarily contributed to that. I cannot recommend it enough as a whole product. Especially when compared to offerings from Main Event, etc, which were considered. So I went to Chuck E. Cheese with my sister and nephew (who has some developmental delays). I haven't been to one in years, so I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. It was very nice and clean. The food was pretty good(a far cry from back when I went years ago) Pizza was enjoyable and unicorn churros were definitely interesting. We hadn't hit peak time, honestly we were the only ones there but the sweet lady(Dionna) out front was so kind and wonderful. My nephew was exploring and took off behind the counter. She went and walked with him and showed him the length of the counter and eased his curiosity. She even gave him a little treat which he thought was so cool. I can't say how grateful we were for being so kind and understanding. She definitely made our experience even better. Highly recommend this place for fun and games. Their staff is amazing as well! Well, this is our grandbabies 3rd birthday here. Everything was fine until it was time to go in the ticket Blaster. Normally one adult would go in with the child but this year we were not allowed to go in the booth with our grandbaby. We spoke to the GM Mr. McEachern Daniel who was not sympathetic to the needs of small children. A 3 yr old doesn't understand the premise of picking up tickets as we explained that to Mr. McEachern he stated that, that is the rule and if we want to complain he will get us a card and he did. This was the worst customer service at a children center that I have ever experienced. Why do we pay for a fun experience that turned out not to be fun at all. We left with crying 3 yr old that could not share the ticket Blaster with her grandpa. I guess some traditions have to end or find a better more child friendly establishment. read more

Bugs in the ice!!! I brought it to the attention of the worker she just took the cup no sorry was offered or nothing! We just left!

Beware of the strong mold smell that seeps out of the vents when it first starts to rain. The scent went away when the rain subsided. My overall experience was good though, a lot of entertainment for my 5 year old, pizza is actually decent. Changing tables are a little tall for my wife who is 5'3. Would recommend this. read more

(3.5) The only downside for me to this location is the smell. The carpet definitely needs a good deep cleaning. Or maybe the day we went there was to many kids running around with dirty diapers. Also the tunnel/play place area is a No for me. It didn't look clean up in there. But do places ever clean that? (bring hand sanitizer wipes!) It was a Wednesday evening an not crowded at all. They have a lot of good games that a kid can easily get 5-8tickets in a turn. This is a TOKENS-CC. But if you bring in a card w/ points on it, they will give you a token per point. Everyone working was polite. An their saladbar/pizza area looked great. They actually had a fruit bowl as well with fresh fruit. We will definitely be bringing our son back. This is your typical Chuck E. Cheese. Standard pizza, salad bar, giant mouse and nasty restrooms. It only got a couple stars because the kids seemed to enjoy it. The prizes are sad. You need thousands of tickets to get something worth taking home. Thankfully the kids don't mind getting a plastic frog, an army man and a sticker. Not my favorite place to bring the kids but i'll humor them. read more

Took the kids here on a Sunday bc we were out of town and looking for something to kill some time. The staff/manager were excellent, facility was extremely clean and most of the games were in working condition and distributing tickets. By far the best chuck e cheese I've been to. This place will straight up STEAL your money. We bought 2 cards for 90 minutes of unlimited play, and both shut off at 20 minutes. Speaking with the manager was not helpful. Not only would they not give us the remaining time we had already paid for, but they wouldn't even listen to our request for a lesser amount of time. We didn't even have our pizza yet. I will not be going back ever. There was way too many people there. Im sure it had to be against the fire code. We waited 2 hours to get our pizza. We had nothing to do because there were too many wild kids not sharing the games. There is absolutely no supervision in the slide and tunnel area. My 4 year old granddaughter was getting stepped on by kids that were climbing up the slide the wrong way or going back down the stairs the opposite way, running over all the smaller kids. There was plenty of people working there and I never seen one of them try to supervise the play area so all the children could get a chance to play. I will admit, at first I was super skeptical. However, my daughter has been asking to go to one for months after seeing a commercial. Since I went during the week, there were only a couple of kids there. So not crowded. My review might change on a busy night, but I doubt it. Not only was it super clean, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They seemed to enjoy working there. The pizza was delicious. Not a fan of their sweet tea, but that is totally a taste thing. It is what it is. The pizza isn't very good, I ordered a cheesy breadstick side and when it finally came out it wasn't even cut. We had to peel the glob of cheese and bread apart with our hands in order for everyone to get a piece. The guy who brought out the pizza seemed rude and asked me "what else you waitin on?". Overall, the place seemed nasty. The games side of the place was a different story. Surprisingly, everything worked and didn't have any issues with waiting to play anything. The only problem I encountered was there were too many unsupervised kids running around. I had one kid steal one of my skee alls right in front of me and when my son asked for it back he jerked it away from him. The staff was on top of everything tonight! Came out to hang out with the family and just play games and everything was up and running, ready for kids (and grown ups) to play! Anytime something got jammed or ran out of tickets, the floor employees were right there, easy to find and ready to help! We didn't eat anything but usually chuck e's has pretty good food. Best maintained Chuck E Cheese I've been to. Consistently clean and games work. Staff is friendly and focused on the kids having fun.

I came with my four children and ordered a Medium pizza with 100 tokens. While waiting for the pizza, I allowed my children to enjoy the games while I ate some food I brought from another establishment since I didn't see any sign stating I couldn't bring outside food in. An employee came by and said I couldn't have my food there. I asked, "Really?" and she said,"Umm, I think so. Let me go get my manager." The manager came and wouldn't even look me in the face while she constantly glared at my food and informed me I couldn't have the food there and told me to take my food to my vehicle. After I wrangled my four children and food out to the car, I returned and noticed there were NO SIGNS ANYWHERE stating "NO OUTSIDE FOOD". Then I asked the manager about a sign, stating I hadn't found any. She didn't believe me, cut me off mid-sentence and went to look for a sign. After a short while she returned and explained the catering brochure, which I "of course" wouldn't have read. She then finished the conversation claiming, "Well, I would let you bring your food in but The Owner wouldn't." This is a horrible attempt to misdirect my frustrations towards someone not present. I felt the situation was handled extremely unprofessionally and I have no desire to ever return to what was once a childhood favorite of my very own. And just like everyone else said, employees don't want to be there and show it, games are constantly down, unattended kids running around trying to swipe my kids' tokens, I even had some kids trying to get into the photo booth while we were taking a family picture. What a joke. I'll cook pizza at home and play some games with my kids and I'm certain they'll have a better time. Kudos to the person in the Chuck E. suit, that person was the reason for a star. Decided to go there for lunch for a silly ( low-key) adult birthday party, and the staff found out it was my birthday and treated me very special. I appreciated that very much when I wasn't even looking for that. I got a Helen Dolly from the staff. I ate some very good pizza, played games, and even won some tokens and got free toys! I also watched the show. All in the same place where I took my children when they were little.
