I hired Bob Kitchell construction to complete and repair a front door installation that another…read morecompany just plain failed to finish even after a scathing review on bbb. Anyway Bob did a great job. He literally had to remove the door and reframe and shim in the door. It now closes properly with no gaps or rubbing and my new keyless entry locks perfectly. I'm very pleased with the quality of work. He communicated well and was pleasant to work with. His pricing was good and he stuck to his estimate as best he could considering what he was getting into. We changed the exterior trim around the door due to the other contractor cutting out a large notch on the siding. Bob was able to cut to fit the trim and butted it up against the edge of the siding and was able to cover their mistake. Also he had to rebuild the threshold to properly support the door frame. Caulked inside and out. New molding on the inside as well which was a plea

Unfortunately, Mr Kitchell turned out to be completely unreliable and untrustworthy. The work was substandard and in some cases had to be redone. He hires only unskilled labirers and apparently does not supervise their work. He double billed numerous times for materials. He ordered incorrect unusable materials numerous times. He billed excessive hours and billed for mistakes he made that had to be redone. He tried "bait and switch" on our agreement. He is unreliable, incompetent and untrustworthy.

After a reason home improvement project on my sewage line, I decided to pursue stain floors instead…read moreof tile due to how amazing they look on several television home improvement shows. Spending a few days searching around online, I came across Decorative Concrete Design. The owner came out, measured the floor space twice in each room, and provided me an estimate on that day. Compared to all the other contractors I contacted, Decorative Concrete Design was the most affordable and professional out of all of them. The owner and his coworker started on time, were incredibly friendly, and went straight to work. They finished the project on time. The floors came out amazing, especially with the sweet designs, texture of the floor, and the shine on them. An A+++ professional business!

Recently our hot water recirculation pump started acting up. I contacted my home warranty company…read moreand they routed the work to Wilbourn & McCabe Plumbing Co. The woman (Bonnie I believe) that contacted me shortly after they received the request was quite pleasant and scheduled a technician to come out the same day. A couple hours later a gentleman showed up and accessed what needed to be done. Said they would get ahold of my home warranty company to get an authorization and that they should be able to get it done tomorrow. Great! This morning I contacted WMC Plumbing and they said they were awaiting authorization but that they should have it shortly. They called back and said they would be dispatching a tech and that he should be at my home within an hour or so. An hour or so later Kyle showed up. Super polite young man. My husband pointed him to where the pump was and we went about what we were doing. Awhile later he let my husband know that he was done and showed him what he had done. Kyle is a great plumber. He works very efficiently and clean. I am adding a photo of to show off his great work. In our humble opinion, that young man deserves a raise!! Having a home warranty saved us a ton of money but I'd pay market value for Kyle's work, it was that good. Anytime I need a plumber I will definitely be calling Wilbourn & McCabe Plumbing and will recommend them to all of our friends and anyone that is looking for a recommendation.
