Have to pay by debit or credit, not happy about giving out my credit card info to someone supposedly in Ohio. While trying to input the credit card information, I was disconnected and had to call back and start all over again. Used to love the service, they would come fill up the tank when we called, leave an envelope on the door and I would mail in the payment. Totally unsatisfied with the service, the process and the waste of time you cost me today to just place a simple order. You have lost a customer and I will not give good reviews to locals who ask.

We have had Mountain Propane as our propane provider for over three years. Mountain Propane offered us the option of leasing or buying our reserve tank. Initially we leased the tank but bought it during our second year. At the time, I didn't think to as for a discount as the tank was in place and had been used since 2004 rather than being new. I'm not sure if the discount (for the used tank) would have been available. Mountain Propane offers excellent service...we call them when the tank is less than a third full and they bring in their delivery truck on their next service date for the area. We get the bill in the mail shortly thereafter. This "no waiting around" for service is quite helpful as our Port Townsend days are very full with activities and it would put a definite chill on them were we to have to wait for the service truck! Staff at the office is very friendly and serve-oriented. I've called many times from California without the account number. The staff has been able to "find" our account and set up a delivery date promptly...all done in a cheery manner. The company also offers an emergency service which (fortunately) we have never had to use. There are several other propane companies in the area. Each (I'm sure) has its attributes. But we're sticking with Mountain Propane as they have treated us well.

Never got the call back and so I tried to call them.They almost never answer the phone and instead of being able to leave a message the system diverts the call to some central u haul office. I asked that office to get in touch with P.T. u Haul and ask them to call me. No luck there either. So I called the local number about 5 times during the day and finally they picked up. However once, the pump wasnt working. I had to go to the Tukwila location. another self serve. My vehicle run on propane. If you EVER need to go to the CFN location. Keep your head on a swivel. The homeless and druggies are everywhere. Never any paper for receipts. need to take a picture of the screen at the pump.

I have kept getting large bills for delivery of propane from Blue Star. This is for one single…read morevery small free standing, fairly new, propane stove in a very small cabin that has literally been unoccupied since late August 2024 and the thermostat has been set at 55 degrees from August to March 2025 (now, and continuing). When I saw the bill via email on 2/13/25 that Blue Star was going to be charging $266.18 automatically (we have auto pay), I emailed and told them to stop service until this could be explained to me. Instead, they charged this amount and then in March 13 I received yet another bill for $444.82!! How can this be? It seems to me they would care to go over all this with me as requested, rather than simply just continuing to charge me automatically again and again. I trusted Acme when they owned the company, but I do note trust Blur Star.
