Ray and another gentlemen whose name I didn't get came by to inspect the tank, and also gave me a partial fill to get me by until I could get filled. They also helped me with an issue with my fireplace, which was totally unexpected and very much appreciated. Then someone came by and refilled my tank the very same day (instead of the following day like I'd initially been told). I couldn't be happier with Pioneer Propane. Every employee that I've encountered has been awesome.

I have NEVER seen this assortment of bits and thingies anywhere else. I mean let's say your hammock stand loses that screw with the largish plastic knob to help turn it with only your hand. By golly, there's a replacement one in that aisle! It is similar to Harry Potter's room of requirement if everything required was small. The workers are extraordinarily friendly. They either really like their jobs or are award-winning actors because I am a believer. BTW, dogs and the humans get free treats (popcorn for humans). Know that they do not sell lumber. Also know, you can rent stuff like power washers, etc. So what's not to love? It's WAY better than some gwaddafful anonymous big box. Albeit some things are more expensive than...say Amazon, but that is small town life. I read the review that complained of all the merchandise there being from China. NOT 100% true because I bought a nice bird feeder made in the USA there, but yeah most of it is. Everything everywhere is made in China, not just at Henery's. Heck, your souvenir to remember your wonderful trip to "fill in the blank" (not China) was probably made in China. Caveat though. Because they are small (but mighty), you sometimes may need to go to said big box. Hopefully not though. P.S. There has been discussion in my household as to whether it is pronounced with two syllables (HEN-RYS) or three (HE-NER-IES), so if someone with certain knowledge of it can clear that up, it would end that discussion once and for all.

He said, "yes, I work M-F and someone else works Sat-Sun." Excelent, reservation made, done. Not so fast. I received a voicemail from the woman working at the All About Storage letting me know that they wouldn't be open on Sunday and could I make arrangements with her to pick up the U-Haul on Saturday afternoon? No, I couldn't, I wasn't in Sequim until Sunday. I thought "Office Hours: 8am - 5pm Mon-Sat, 9am - 4pm Sunday, Except certain holidays", which is clearly stated on their website, means that they'd be open on Sundays from 9am-4pm. Since when is June 2 a holiday? So after spending 4 hours running around Sequim and Port Angeles trying to find a U-Haul, we were finally able to leave town. But the lack of professionalism at All About Storage left me with a very bitter taste for them.

While I would not exactly call this a lounge (there was seating, but it wasn't overly comfortable), it was a clean, efficient spot to stop in and do a jumbo load of laundry in one of their machines. Note that they only have coin-op here (yes, there's a change machine), and do not have vending machines for detergent or fabric softener so you need to bring your own. I wouldn't have minded if there was a restroom on-site either - maybe there is when an attendant is present, but this was not the case during our visit.
