I've had my walls painted in the den, living room, hallway, and entry hall. the painter also painted my cabinets on site, and did an amazing job. He indicated he didn't know what type paint the contractor used, because it wasn't oil based because when he sanded it, it had a powdery feel to it, oil base wouldn't do that. He also stated if I hadn't painted my cabinets, I wouldn't be able to wash them. They were not smooth,and had a dull finish with powdery substance on it. On a second note, he stated that the contractor did a great job with backsplash, Mosaic, flooring, building cabinets, and did a good job painting walls and ceilings, and didnt need a redo, and I agree. I paid the contractor $1350 for the painting of the rooms, and $2500 for the painting of the cabinets. Once again it is sad that the contractor cannot contact me concerning these issues or take responsibility. But if he can live with it so can I.

They did an amazing job and were done quickly just in time for Christmas. The house was left in very clean condition which is a plus as some contractors leave a lot of debris and dust. He was even able to haul away our old carpet for additional fee which saved us much needed stress at the holidays. I plan to use again on a wood floor repair this spring.

They did such good work and had great prices that I asked them what it would cost to paint our kitchen cabinets, laundry room, 2nd stairwell, and hallway. Painter painted two French doors that had permanent coating and shouldn't never be painted. Looked like a child's finger painting. A job that the contractor said would be done in 1.5 weeks took 3.5 weeks. Sometimes workers didn't show or left the job. Wyatt Adolfi is the "contractor" and he apparently has various company names such as South East Palm and handyman.llc. Any yes, I did read his reviews before hiring him. I am now not sure they are legit reviews.

However after submitting to manufacturer they sent a new one. Work was beautiful. I am very happy with the quality of subcontractors was great. Two bathrooms and four bedrooms including flooring and scraping the ceilings.
