I was glad to see how seriously they took it and felt very safe in their store. There's something for every comic and collectible fan here. I loved their selection of Squishables and Funko Pops. I saw many that I had never seen before which was cool. It was a lot of fun to browse. The selection of graphic novels was really nice, especially the holiday themed display. I was tempted by several of their titles that I hadn't seen around. I somehow didn't purchase anything (being good!) but I did see many items I kinda needed but didn't really need. It'd be a great place to visit for Christmas shopping as I saw several potential gifts (and not just gifts for me!). I can't wait to stop in again.

She said to them multiple times "excuse me" to ask about there over priced products that I was looking to purchase for her. I assume it was the 2 owners they were talking loudly and paying no attention to us as if we didn't exist. I made meaningful eye contact with them a couple times also to no response. After I finally raised my voice to a loud level to show my irritation we were finally asked how they could help? At this point I decided that these gentlemen did not want our business and handed back the 8 dollar card and let them know we were all set. I'm not going to say we have spent thousands or even hundreds but we definitely would have came back if we were treated well. Im sure my negative review will be followed by an arrogant rude response from said owner letting me know that my polite 8 year old and I were in the wrong please proceed with your arrogant response.

This is a store that sells used video games and accessories. The prices are great, I always leave…read morewith something. The staff are always really friendly and can find whatever your looking for right away. They host gaming tournaments and it's great to know there is a brick and mortar store locally you can trust to buy out of normal circulation games. Every game I have bought from here has worked. Many of the more collectible games are kept in display cases based on the titles notererity rightfully so. However Super Mario RPG or Link To The Past are not on my list of games to acquire. My dream collection is something much more ambiguous. I'm trying to build a huge collection of bad games. Say what you will, it a lot easier to build up a collection of losers than winners. There is a method to my rambling and madness! Games are organized into platform, and sorted by title. Most pre disc games are sold as loose cartridges, my only complaint is that not everything is priced. And not all accessories can be found easily but I guess that's part of the hobby.

Oh no I do understand that a different customer might have put that book in the wrong box BUT when…read moreI went back to look at your past issues you had like 4 long boxes sitting there and I asked how much are these you said there ALL $1 boxes I could also tell from the condition that most likely that was a book that you received when it was new it didn't sell so it made it in the $1 box as most do but that one just happened to go up a little bit in the 10 years it had been sitting in your store ! And like I stated before you came at me with the Mint Condition value ($15) which it clearly wasn't it was probably worth $7 so the fact that you couldn't give up a few dollars on a book that you most likely paid less then cover price 10 years earlier that's ridiculous all that aside I remember very clearly you saying oh that shouldn't have been in that box that should've been back here (pointing behind you on the wall) ! So your excuse isn't gonna fly ! Either way your a used item store so when you buy something from someone you only pay a price low enough so you can turn around and sell it for a profit right ? So what I'm saying here is let's say you buy an item for $20 and it's worth $40 at the time so $20 profit right ? That's good double your money so why is it so bad for you to just put that $40 on the item and leave it there your still getting the original profit you were originally fine with but your way of thinking is if that item went up $10 YOU need to get that extra $10 instead of letting what could be a loyal customer get a good deal and you still get the profit you intended from the beginning this is what I was trying to express to you in my last review I mean you have MANY items in your store that have been there for YEARS ! I'm not saying if you paid $5 for an item then it sky rockets to $500 to still sell it for $10 but I mean if you let that go for ....$300 then wouldn't you say you both win you only expected to get the original $10 but got $300 then your potential RETURN customer got an amazing deal to which you know he would brag about to EVERYONE! I'll leave this here I think I've made my point hopefully everyone understands what I was trying to get across ??
