I asked Dylan at the dealership for a loaner or to rent one, until mine comes in, and he stated they did not do this. LPK in Defiance we glad to help, so someone cares about their customer. I do not understand not helping a customer in need, so with this in mind, I will not be using them for any future service or purchases. Customer service is no longer on some businesses radar. It's sales only.

We trusted the sales rep And Terry Hendricks, took it on his first road trip, got there and found out it needed brakes all the ways around, of course the warranty only covers transmission and not wearable parts. Oh sorry we find out that it needs a front drive axle which it needed all along... If we would done a simple inspection we would've found these items prior to buying, but trusted sales rep saying that it went through a full inspection there prior to it coming onto the lot. I think they only vacuum them out, armor all the wheels and tires and flip them. Buyer beware,,,,,

I contacted the dealership to tell them that I was taking it into a local automotive shop... I took it to my local automotive and they revealed the problem and as they got into it more they found more and more problems... It's one thing to have some minor things come up "overtime " but to have it delivered to you with a ticking sound in the engine, and incur a bill which now exceeds $5000 is very frustrating and I'm sick to my stomach over it... So no I would not recommend this dealership... Anyone that can let a vehicle leave their dealership especially with no laws in Ohio with no lemon law on their used vehicles... there should be something in place to make them stand behind that vehicle especially within the first few days, "as is or not."

The shop is cozy and has a nice waiting area with some cool fish! They really go above and beyond to explain what the problems are and help you decide the best course of action.
