They are a very young couple in their early 20's and my son just rushed her to the first RR he knew that had been good to me in the past. It was the most traumatic experience they have ever had and no new mother at 35 weeks pregnant ahould ever have to encounter. Some of the people were nice, but, unfortunately, I had to go to this ER today for a cery painful chronic condition and the nurses and doctor were so rude to my son saying very sarcastic and nasty things about them and about them coming to their er in labor and then they said things to me about it that were very unprofessional also. Then the doctor that made the comment that she was so glad she wasn't on shift when my son saying very and daughter In law came in with their stress looked at me and made me feel like a "seeker of pain meds" because I was "back with my usual pain." Yes, in the past this hospital was very good to me and my family but, after today and all that was said to me and my son about my family and my new baby, I will NEVER EVER EVER go back there and I suggest no one else does if you don't want to be judged or have rude comments made to you or your family if you ever have to go back. I am also a licensed and college graduate and educated medical professional as well and this behavior that o experienced today and how hurt they made my son was disgusting. my son even asked to speak to someone when he was leaving and one of the employees told him that he should make a complaint about it somewhere else because "they're like a family there and nothing will be said or done and they will just blow him off."
