Christopher Noel is a fraud. He publicizes himself as a book editor and yes, he may know something about mechanics, but he is impossible to work with. First, his charges are outrageous, charging twice the industry standard, and he engages in a bait and switch technique, sucking the starry-eyed writer into increasingly more expensive services. My experience was that he was flordidly dishonest and I had to sue him to attamept to recover his overcharging...only to discover that he was completely insolvent...because he has no assets...and no work...on welfare. He will not talk on the phone and, once he has done his manuscript work, he wil not discuss that work without more charges...thus making what he has done next to useless.
