They did nothing to assist in keeping my costs reasonable and when I tried to cancel my policies and go with a broker who was able to save me over $3000/year on my homeowner's policy and over $1000/year on our auto policies they refused to cancel my policies and their withdrawals from our bank accounts. He even worked with us late into the night to help us close the deal before our other insurance expired the next day.
