I panicked and cancelled the paint job. At the last minute, I called Galloway Painting & explained that I needed the job done quick because the carpet was going to be installed in a couple days. At first he said he was booked for awhile, but he saw how much I needed it done so he sent his guys the next day which was a Saturday, and he came in $675 dollars cheaper than the other paint company. I have asked him to do a 4 room job in June without meeting him. Based on my experience with dealing with painters, cancelling, not showing up without a call or showing up 2 hours late for an estimate. We just had 2 painting groups for the same job, because the first group. Painted our ceilings bright yellow. And the walls a very dark, deep grayish blue. I had the containers marked with the color sample cards with directions as to what paint goes where! The problem was they did not read or write English and were using phones for their needs for translation!
