I informed management there was a chance I could be leaving 1 month…read morebefore my lease was up but was not confirmed (4 months in advance). 2 weeks later I informed management that I would not be leaving early. They stated they had already rented my unit out and I would have to vacate 1 month early. They then sent the last months rent (which is when the new tenant was living there) to collections without ever contacting me which violates 2 state laws. They are also charging for normal wear and tear items like refrigerator filter that I replaced 2 months prior as well as in their words "wear and tear on carpet" all to the tune of $2500 sent to collections. The ONLY good thing about this place is the Maintenance guys are nice and chill. DO NOT RENT HERE.

Any maintenance request sent in are resolved within the next 48 hrs. The transparency from the company owners is top tier and the office lady Savannah is the sweetest. Pest control is very consistent! literally a great company! ALSO, the price of these units are the best to come by!

Since this is not considered an emergency, it took them three days to come out and fix it! It turned out it was the garbage disposal that was broken and they replaced it! They also sprayed a mold killer on the wall to the sink! I have three dogs! One went over to a friends house, my other two were In kennels and put in a bedroom, with the window open and a towel by the door; to keep the smell out! I spent most of the afternoon at a neighbors, due to the smell! The spray smelled like extra strong bleach, that you could pass out from. It did work, though! BUT... due to the water damage, to the board in the cupboard, under the sink; it needs to be replaced! Second work order was put in Monday! This is Wednesday and it still has not been completed! They keep telling me they got behind due to two guys being out, they have four maintenance guys! This is getting old! I understand they work off of priorities, but it shouldn't take this long to be completed!!! I have gnats due to the first work order, from the standing water! I keep killing them but their relatives keep showing up for their funerals! They will never find their little bodies! I plead the fitfh, if the FBI, CIA, or EPA show up at my door!!! They are, also, holding swimming competitions in my drinks, while doing backflips off the side of my glass! They are also annoying the dogs! This is becoming a health issue for me! I can't put anything under the sink, so the kitchen is a disaster zone! Maintenance use to come out the same day, the work order was put in, but they have gotten lax! Hopefully things will improve in the future!

There timeliness on fixing anything depends on you paying your rent, regardless of it they are responsible or not. They expect rental payments for property they didn't want to keep up with. We in fact were asked to relocate after they began work on the ceiling and basement due to plumbing issues/black mold. They expected us to live in these conditions, and pay them rent, which is diabolical. This is not where issues started, this is just the straw that broke the camels back. If you are new to Radcliff / Etown, I suggest not renting through them.
