Only after I went to the plastic surgeon did she tell me I went too soon because they didn't test the margins yet. In addition, the surgery left a big ugly dent in my arm. When I called her on it, she took no responsibility. She blamed me as if I was supposed to know and said it was my responsibility. A wonderful dermatological surgeon at Stanford fixed my arm, got out all the cancer cells and fixed the dent in my arm with no graft necessary. I was so pissed I had to finally write this review. It's been a few years but I'm still very mad about it.

We ultimately made the decision based on her beliefs around putting the patient first and how her office does what it can to make a tough situation as smooth an experience as possible. From the first meeting, Dr Singhal put me at ease, explaining the procedure in great depth and answering all my questions. I'm the type of person who wants to know everything and I was surprised at the amount of patience Dr Singhal had for me keeping up her calm demeanor the whole time offsetting my nervousness. The day of the procedure, Dr Singhal spent time with me and my husband before and after the procedure and really kept me at ease as much as possible. I'm so glad I found Dr Singhal and will forever be grateful for the care she offered me in this trying time. I did have a few trying times with her front office and often Monica was able to get involving helps then solve my issues which I am also grateful.

He and his staff were outstanding in all capacities as I navigated my way through an understandably difficult time . Both his professional and personal attitude helped me through all the questions and concerns I had , and for that I and my family will always be grateful. He performed my surgery with incredible skill , and was able to save my kidney. I highly recommend this incredibly capable man and his staff . Thanks again for everything Dr Ngo .

My primary care physician Dr Hopner referred me to Dr Ngo after we discussed local Urologists. Dr Ngo and I met, discussed next step...MRI, that progressed to prostate needle biopsy, then robotic prostatectomy at El Camino hospital in Los Gatos. There are potential quality of life issues, lots of YouTube info and individual results vary...so my results are my results. I have had 100% bladder control since the catheter was removed on December 19, 2024. There are zero issues with any incontinence or ED side effects post surgery; an unexpected but pleasant outcome. Healing of incisions area is progressing, as is internal abdominal sensations. Pain from any coughing is now zero. No issues coughing, sneezing, standing or bending over. I hope everyone that has to go through this process could have similar results. My experience with Dr Ngo and prostrate surgery was excellent.

Their treatments (supplements and IV) along with conventional treatment (surgery) helped me recover faster, likely combined with a whole food vegan diet (my protocol). They are a great team to have on your side during a cancer journey. Dr. Connie also helped me in 2003 with my severe pollen allergies (I was allergic to all flowers, grasses and trees). In short, after 7 years of allergy shots, daily prescription pill and steroid nasal spray, the manufacturer of the pill discontinued it. I tried a few other Rx pills that caused insomnia, headaches and acne. A friend suggested I try Dr. Connie. She gave me a couple of supplements and informed me of a diet change, basically low glycemic. Amazingly, as a result, I have been cured since of my year round pollen allergies. The bonus was my exercise induced asthma also disappeared. A few years into the diet change, I tried high intensity exercise without using my inhaler. I have not used an inhaler since then. I will continue using Dr. Connie as my primary doctor. I will continue with maintenance IV vitamin C therapy with Dr. Marcel to keep cancer from returning.
