As it turns out he suggested that I wait to retain legal counsel until a point in the future (he explained when I should make that move if and when it comes). Another less knowledgeable attorney I spoke with said he could help me and wanted me to retain him on right on the spot. Meeting with Michael made me feel much better regarding my family's situation. I'm confident that if I should need Michael in the future he will serve us well! When it comes to attorneys you want a very good one and are willing to pay, however you do not want to end up spending a lot of money unnecessarily. I trust Michael Spano completely and would recommend him to anyone!

I wish other offices and businesses cared about people the way this woman did. Extremely Disappointed With This Representation…read more I paid this law firm $5,000 for representation, and I honestly feel like I received little to no value for that money. Throughout my case, there was so much miscommunication that I was left without a clear understanding of what my sentence would actually involve and what would be expected of me. I repeatedly felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, my questions were not properly answered, and important details about my plea, probation, and license were not clearly explained to me. I often had to chase down answers myself and do my own research just to understand what was happening with my own case. When I did speak with my attorney, I often felt talked down to and treated as though my questions were a burden. I expected professional communication and patience, especially considering the amount of money I paid for representation. For $5,000, I expected someone who would communicate with me, prepare me, explain my options, listen to my concerns, and actually advocate for me. Instead, I felt like my case was treated as though it wasn't important. Quite honestly, I feel I would have received the same level of attention from a free public defender--and at least then I wouldn't have paid $5,000 expecting personalized legal representation. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this firm to anyone who expects their attorney to communicate with them, treat them with respect, answer their questions, and genuinely advocate for their interests. $5,000 is a significant amount of money. I expected significantly more than what I received.
