I had a referral to this office for a positive ANA test...my previous referral was denied by another office as they didn't take my insurance. This office accepted mine and i had to wait a couple months. Once I checked in they took my insurance card and told me i was good to go. I should not have had to pay a penny! My appointment was almost over when they informed me they did not take my insurance! I was so upset i had waited forever for this appointment and my referral department told me i was good. Not only did I have to pay but I never even got a follow up phone call from my blood work! I had to send it to my ex who is a doctor to read my results! This was the worst experience I have ever had in a doctors office! I also emailed them twice with no response but of course they are trying to collect their $150!!
