After trying to be patient with Mr. Butler over the past few months, I've officially given up. I originally went to him because he told me over the phone that he was familiar with mold toxicity, and could help me. Boy am I gullible. He knows NOTHING about fungal illness and shouldn't have wasted my time or money. The only thing I got from him was lab work from a doctor he works with. However, I was told I would get one last lab work up after my second session. Now this is where the unprofessionalism kicks in. He was TERRIBLE at getting back to me, and LIED about the lab work being sent out. Instead of having the decency to call or email me, I had to contact him numerous times to find out that "all of a sudden the doctor doesn't want to prescribe me new tests." (Well gee...then why the hell did you tell me that you did lab work in the first place? If there are going to be problems then it shouldn't be a part of your practice! )Mr. Butler's defense was that he has "25 patients a day" and that the lab work was "out of his control." Really? At that point I said that I'd be ok with just doing the same tests as the last time. He even tried to play nice guy by saying that he'd try to get the doctor to help me, but once again, I have not heard back from him. I knew during that back and forth that he just wanted to get rid of me, but I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt.
Now I know most of you are probably curious about his acupuncture skills, so I'm sorry I can't comment on that. I just wrote this review to let everyone know about his work ethic. read more
