I gave my name to Robin, the sweet receptionist, and someone came and whisked me off to my private room. The room was a deep navy color, outfitted with a large, wall mounted tv, nestled amongst other pictures on the wall. A very cool masculine vibe. Even the lounger/exam chair was a deep brown shade. And very comfortable. I came for an IV treatment- see my pics for the plethora of options and customizations...there is definitely something for everyone. And, you can also add on pure oxygen to breathe in during your IV treatment. There are 2 sizes of bags - I chose the smaller one, as I was a virgin. I put on the Bravo channel and relaxed while my IV did it's magic. It was quick, painless, and easy! They really take care of you - checking in on you several times during your treatment and ensuring your comfort. I will definitely be back! Technically they're "men's health" but I had to go there over their women's clinic side because that's where they do lab work at and I wanted a hormone panel ran to check on my thyroid. The office is beautifully designed, and the lab staff is on it. Robin is amazing and is seriously the sweetest person ever. The rest of the staff Is no diff, they're all super professional but friendly and attentive to anything you need. I couldn't say enough good things about them!!! Love! And as for their men's therapy, my ex went there for lowT and ED and he loved it too! We both drove to Shiloh from STL (30 min) and it's worth it. The secretaries are helpful, the nurses are good, the doctor who helped me wasn't pushy on getting all this different stuff. I just started my first week on my testosterone shots. I chose to do them at home so I got my first shot at victory men's health then they send you the rest. About a week later I noticed I noticed I haven't gotten my package and when I called, Angela helped me and said she is going to try and figure out what happened. I received a phone call about 30 mins later from robin (O'Fallon location) and I put the wrong address down. But robin was extremely sweet and helpful and I got the package back from my neighbor. I also dealt with Angela from the beginning and she was really nice and helpful. They make you feel comfortable almost to the point where you feel like family. The staff are knowledgeable, pleasant, quick to respond with detailed answers, and incredibly organized with essential paperwork. The written, itemized estimate is provided at the time of consultation, and all questions are thoroughly answered. Once surgery is decided upon, you receive a thorough set of pre-op instructions and clear expectations for the post-operative period. A post-op appointment is scheduled ahead of time as well. Dr. Veronikis hand-picks his OR staff--OR nursing, circulating assistants, and anesthesiologists--and performs all of his surgeries from start to finish, including post-op care even if hospitalized overnight. (No residents or fellows involved, despite it being a teaching facility.) He uses his own surgical instruments, engraved with his name, to help avoid mix-ups. Specific OR rooms are reserved for multiple reasons, including decreased infection risk. As a healthcare provider myself, I can attest that his level of care exceeded my expectations. He offers interpreter days to consult with patients from other countries; many of his patients travel from abroad after researching his success. I canceled other consultation appointments after speaking with Dr. Veronikis. In my view, you should choose the expert in their field--someone who performs their skill with every surgery and specializes in a single area. Dr. Veronikis focuses on GYN surgeries, which reinforces his expertise, and his ratings and reviews reflect his skill. While some plastic surgeons offer similar procedures, they often perform a wide range of surgeries and focus less on the core GYN aesthetics. Any abdominal surgery carries risks for complications, including unintended injury to blood vessels, bowel, or bladder. With this in mind, seeking a dedicated specialist is worth considering over less-focused options. To summarize, my experience with Dr. Veronikis is akin to comparing theme parks to Disney World--exceptional attention to detail across the entire experience. It's remarkable that he delivers such a high standard of care within a teaching facility, and persuading hospital leadership to accommodate this level of service likely wasn't easy.

We don't need to be sitting there all day waiting on you to get ready for us when you can make an appointment like every other facility in the area and get people in within a half an hour of appointment time.I just got a refusal for my Washington University clinic to read my non- scan, that they wrote the orders to have done in an outside facility. I guess I'm gonna have to call the medical review board.

I use the title customer because they do not treat them like patients. Speaking of wait times perhaps I am oversensitive to modern American HealthCare but if in my job as a professor I'd kept my students waiting 45min for me in the hall and once inside in the classroom (you can fill in exam room here) another 30 min with no explanation I'd have lost my job even with tenure. I guess being a doctor is different. BTW, those exam room walls are paper thin, I could hear pretty much the jist of the doctor meeting patients on both sides of me. Oh, the doctor- our meeting/exam lasted less than 10 mins. Its the best health care in the world!
