Staff are friendly, welcoming, highly competent and sensitive about your comfort. Kelsey is a superb hygientist and Dr. M is the best dentist I have seen out of many over my time. He did not hesitate to tell me to bring my son right in, even though I know his family had plans. When I arrived, the team was ready to go, welcoming my son and getting him comfortable. Dr. Winn's wife is also a dentist and the two of them worked together to save my son's teeth. They were so knowledgeable, patient and caring. The support staff was very professional and never once made me feel like I was keeping them at work late. I cannot say enough great things about this team and would highly recommend to anyone.

Before the procedure, they asked me to leave the room so my son would behave better. He's been traumatized since! He HATES the dentist and I never understood why. I wanted to save his teeth, and that's how they sold it to me, but instead they dug into his tooth and drilled off his enamel to glue the caps on. If I knew these things, I wouldn't have agreed! They ruined his little teeth and his peace of mind, one cap has already popped off. Over $1000 spent for an unnecessary procedure.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. The receptionist was not friendly--when I told her we were here for my son's check-up, all she said was, "OK, you can sit and wait." She was also eating at the desk, which felt unprofessional. The waiting room was full, and there were two families ahead of us. By 11:30, after waiting 30 minutes past our scheduled time, I went to the desk to ask how much longer it would be. A hygienist nearby said it would be another 10 minutes. That meant we would have waited 40 minutes total. I told them I didn't want to wait any longer and asked to cancel the appointment. The receptionist simply said "OK" without asking why or offering an apology. About 10 minutes after we left, the office manager called to apologize, saying the dentist asked her to call on their behalf. While I appreciate the follow-up, the overall experience was not good--especially for a child's first dental visit. Clear communication, professionalism, and a welcoming attitude go a long way, and unfortunately, that was missing here.

What kind of a policy is this that they have?
