Yet another interesting thing I've learned about dining out in Switzerland (I suppose this can be…read moreapplied to other countries, but not too often in places I've been in the US), you need to pay attention to where you're sitting, because you may be at a different restaurant than the one you think you're in. We read the menu and saw a chicken burger for 12 chf... HELL YES! And then we sat down at the outside seats next to the restaurant. Later we found out that the two tables with the black umbrellas were for the restaurant we had intended to eat at (they were taken) and all the other tables were for Cadillac.
Oh well, it was busy so we decided to stay. My boyfriend and I ordered the chicken salad (15 chf) and a tuna pizza (15 chf). The chicken salad was ok, but not great. It was covered in a sweet curry sauce, which was fine, but there wasn't enough lettuce to compliment the chicken. It was just too much gooeyness and not enough lettuce. And the pizza was really bland. It looks so pretty and colorful in the picture, but I could hardly taste the cheese, tuna, or sauce! The crust was even too thin. Not my favorite.
The prices were really great, the service was quick and friendly, but the food was not amazing. It is however, a bar, and we got complimentary bread. I'm giving it 3 stars for the prices. I'd be willing to come back again and try other things. We looked around for other restaurants and (besides the chicken burger one) a lot of them were way too expensive.
