Mr. Jackson came in, reviewed the issues facing us, provided a tentative turn around time on when the job would be completed. Clean up the work area as best he could because he alerted us the vanity had to be replaced (h could do the work) But we did not included it in the job and provided detailed information on how he would proceed.
