I was using CLIMATEMP as a preventative maintenance company before and they are not who you want to use. Claimed to be cleaning my coils and checking my unit for efficiency. They were not!! CLIMATEMP recommended I get a new unit for $7000. Allen is the owner of the company and recommended a good cleaning and motor replacement and I'd be up and running efficiently and a $7000 unit was not necessary. I called Comfort and Alan scheduled an appointment same day (and even rescheduled with me as my work appointments changed throughout the day). He was prompt, courteous and professional. He explained that the problem could be 1 of 2 things: a faulty part that would be very expensive or a faulty part that could just be dirty. I braced for the worst. To my delight, he came down from the attic 15 minutes later and had fixed the problem by cleaning the pilot starter.
